NFT License Agreement

1. NFT Ownership and License

1.1 Ownership

Solaris Network retains full ownership of all NFTs at all times. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use and display the NFTs for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

1.2 Permitted Uses

Under this license, you may:

• Display, showcase, and exhibit the NFTs in online environments.
• Transfer NFTs to other users who agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the NFTs for commercial purposes.
• Use the NFTs in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Create derivative works based on the NFTs.
• Use the NFTs in a manner that harms the reputation or integrity of Solaris Network or the NFTs themselves.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the NFTs, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and any associated content, are owned by Solaris Network. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the underlying intellectual property, except for the limited license explicitly provided herein.

3. Transfer of NFTs

You may transfer NFTs to other users who agree to be bound by this Agreement. Such transfers are subject to any applicable fees and blockchain network requirements. Once transferred, you relinquish all rights associated with the NFT, and the recipient becomes the new holder of the NFT under this Agreement.

4. Termination

This license is revocable by Solaris Network at any time without notice and for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the NFTs and delete any copies in your possession.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

NFTs are provided “as is”, and Solaris Network makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the NFT's quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Solaris Network shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the NFTs.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in UAE.
